We seek to employ an experienced Key Account Manager, reporting to the National Sales Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of significant accounts and duties will include:
• Individual customer forecasting
• Budget control
• Day to day account contact
• Formulating and implementing customer promotions
• Lap top presentations
• Intimate working knowledge of Power Point & Excel Spreadsheets

National Account Manager
Flair has enjoyed sustained growth during its eight year history. Flair is now looking to strengthen its Sales Team with an experienced National Account Manager to further develop the business with some of the UK’s leading supermarkets.
An energetic, likeable and enthusiastic team player - You will have a minimum of three years working in Sales operating at National Account level, ideally within the grocery sector.
You will be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills; be able to think and act commercially; be capable of making pivotal decisions; and understand how to build and sustain relationships. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of success in your career to date. A good standard of PC / Microsoft Office Packages is a prerequisite. It would also be an advantage to have a working knowledge of FOB.

You will be based in the UK working in a creative environment with product innovation and cost effective purchasing as key objectives. You will need to be well organised, a confident communicator and have excellent negotiating skills to be able
to deal with both existing and potential suppliers. The role demands a dynamic,self starter with the ability to contribute from day one.
Experience in print, packaging and sourcing is essential. CIPS qualifications and experience in the toy industry would also be a plus. Salary dependent on experience.

Sales Manager - EMEA
Rubie's is the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of dress up costumes and accessories for all ages. Established in the USA over 55 years ago, Rubie's companies now operate across the world and are proud to work with major licensing partners such as Lucasfilm, Warner Bros, Disney and Dreamworks.
An experienced Sales Manager is required to be responsible for the company's sales in EMEA territories where Rubie's currently has no established infrastructure, specifically Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East and South Africa. The position is based in the UK, reporting to the UK Managing Director, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the relevant territories, preferable with recognised toy or gift industry brands.
