Spin Master jumps on Vuly Trampolines rights
The new agreement gives Spin Master the licensing rights in North America and Europe for the globally renowned trampoline brand
Spin Master has secured the exclusive licensing rights to manufacture, distribute, advertise, promote and sell all backyard trampoline products developed, owned or controlled by Vuly Trampolines in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
Australia-based Vuly Trampolines is globally recognised for its innovative design, safety and functionality, and will see its global presence grow with the new licensing arrangement with Spin Master. With stylish looks, the trampolines also offer a number of industry-leading features, including the highest weight capacity in the market and truly innovative tool-free assembly. The Vuly Thunder includes a unique feature in the market: a skirting which prevents people and objects from getting under the trampoline. Attention to detail is evident across all aspects of Vuly products, from the galvanized steel double-ringed base through to the game system printed on each mat.
“Spin Master has a strong history of both innovation and partnership. Securing the license for Vuly Trampolines in these key markets is a natural expansion for us,” said Tyler Bunker, Vice President of Corporate Development at Spin Master Corp. “We believe in pushing the boundaries of innovation and fun and Vuly Trampolines do both. We also see tremendous growth potential in this category. Trampolines bring together kids’ love of play with physical activity, something we know is important to parents globally.”
The agreement came into effect in September 2015 for North America and many European countries, including the UK and Ireland. The European launch of Spin Master’s Vuly Trampoline will take place at the upcoming Nuremberg Toy Fair. Founder Joe Andon, along with members of the Vuly team, will be on-hand to answer questions and guide visitors through product demonstrations.
