Paladone has been named as one of the fastest growing businesses in Britain in the annual Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 league which will be published this weekend.
The company has been listed as the 57th fastest growing company in Britain for international sales, with a two year sales growth of 68 per cent reaching international sales of £14.2M in 2017.
Paladone ranked highly in the 2017 Small-to-Medium (SME) Track 100. The company says it has had incredible recent growth, driven by strong demand in Europe and America for its licensed and own-brand ranges.
Graeme Carr, Paladone’s Managing Director, commented: “It’s been an incredibly busy two quarters for Paladone, first completing our minority investment with new partners LDC, before announcing our new eco-campaign, spearheading biodegradable plastic in the global gift trade. Being recognised for a second year running in the Sunday Times HSBC Track league tables is a testament to the hard work of the whole Paladone team.”
The league table shows the resilience of Britain’s mid-market exporters. Despite the uncertainty created by the ongoing Brexit negotiations, their international sales have grown by an average of 62 per cent a year over the last two years to a total of £10.1bn, the highest growth rate since 2013.
It is sponsored by HSBC and DHL Express, and compiled by Fast Track, the Oxford-based research and networking events firm.
