Hasbro debuts Play-Doh animated series
YouTube series debuted 1 July with new weekly episodes until the end of the year
Hasbro this month launched The Play-Doh Show, a unique YouTube series of animated stop-motion shorts that allows kids of all ages to explore the imaginative Play-Doh world.
The Play-Doh Show debuted on YouTube on 1 July 2018, with new episodes airing each week until the end of the year. It follows the daily adventures of the beloved Doh-Doh characters as they use their imaginations to create solutions to everyday and not-so-everyday problems.
Each minute-long episode will feature animations made of 100 per cent Play-Doh compound and will revolve around a variety of exciting themes, including pets, birthday parties, Halloween, back to school – and even poop!
“Through the use of colourful stop-motion animation, we’re thrilled to introduce an exciting new world of creative possibilities and storytelling,” said Adam Kleinman, Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing at Hasbro. “The Play-Doh Show on YouTube will provide inspiration for kids and will encourage them to create their own creative masterpieces as they watch our funny and often quirky Doh-Doh characters navigate all sorts of wacky adventures.”
