Hasbro names new Global Consumer Product lead
Former MGA and WWE executive Casey Collins takes role as Simon Waters moves to oversee Power Rangers
Casey Collins will be joining Hasbro as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Consumer Products effective immediately.
Casey succeeds Simon Waters in the role, who will be taking on a new position as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hasbro’s recently acquired Power Rangers franchise.
“Over the past eight years, Simon has done an excellent job building our Global Consumer Products business, consistently delivered excellent results and taking our brands into innumerable new categories and venues,” said John Frascotti, President, Hasbro. “Simon’s experience leading Consumer Products, combined with his highly valued franchise thinking, creative vision, and entertainment experience make him the ideal person to lead the Power Rangers team and ensure full activation of the Power Rangers brand globally across our brand blueprint."

Casey most recently held the position of Executive Vice President, Consumer Products with Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., where he was responsible for monetising fan engagement across Global Licensing, Ecommerce, Venue Merchandise, Gaming and Home Entertainment. Casey also was the Executive Vice President, Global Licensing and Entertainment at MGA Entertainment, Inc, and the former Head of Domestic Licensing and Head of International Licensing at Lucasfilm, Ltd.
