John Adams partners with Pip Ahoy! again
CHF Media Group appoints master toy
CHF Media Group has renewed its partnership with John Adams Leisure Ltd as its Master Toy licensee for Pip Ahoy!, currently airing on ITVBe’s littleBe each weekday morning.
John Adams will develop a brand new range of Pip Ahoy! toys to convey the characters and themes around the much-loved animated show and it’s new third series, which launched on ITVBe’s brand new preschool block, littleBe in September this year.
Pip Ahoy! will be showcased at the upcoming 2019 Toy Fair and will contain an extensive line of 13 SKUs, including plush play sets, figurines, vehicles and puzzles.
The renewed Pip Ahoy! Master Toy license will also be supported by a full 360-degree marketing plan including TV and VOD advertising, PR, digital and social media to support the range.
Adrian Wilkins, Chief Executive Officer at CHF says:“We are delighted to announce that John Adams have been re-appointed as the Master Toy partner for Pip Ahoy! With a brand-new series launching on ITVBe and reaching many new pre-schoolers and their families, there is no better time to renew the partnership and to provide more Pip Ahoy! merchandise in the market place.”
He continues: “The team at John Adams are a pleasure to work with and are fully behind the brand, so we are very excited to see how the new product lines are received by Pip Ahoy! fans and families across the UK.”
Simon Pilkington, Managing Director of John Adams Leisure Ltd, comments:“We are really pleased to be working with CHF again on Pip Ahoy! It is a fantastic property that is sure to continue to grow with the launch on ITVBe. We’re excited to be developing new products for series 3 and presenting them to retail at the earliest opportunity.”
Since its launch on Milkshake in June 2014, the Pip Ahoy! brand has proved to be a great success, achieving positive responses and popularity from a growing audience. Earlier this month, ITVBe acquired all three seasons of Pip Ahoy! and is broadcasting twice daily, Monday to Friday during key broadcast hours (09:00-12:00).
