Parrot launch AR.Race. app

Parrot has launched the latest AR.Drone pylon racing App called AR.Race.

The AR.Race. allows the quadricopter to be flown individually against the clock, or in competition with a number of friends.

Inflatable accessories have been introduced to be used in conjunction with AR.Race, and will be demonstrated by Flying Toys in the AR.Drone Arena at Wings & Wheels Model Spectacular next weekend.

AR.Drone videos can be seen on www.youtube.com/flyingtoysltd including the new Toxic Factory Race, that has attracted almost 100,000 hits a day since its launch last week and has been timed to coincide with Parrots TV & Cinema advertising campaign, that starts next Monday utilising some of the same exciting footage.

Parrot is expected to announce compatibility of the AR.Drone with various Android Phones and Tablets very soon.
