Toys down under
The 2010 Australian Toy Hobby and Nursery fair kicks off next week in Melbourne’s Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Organised by the Australian Toy Association (ATA), the show provides
the annual focus for the Australian toy industry to come together and
promote the positive benefits of toys, games and hobbies. Licensed
products are naturally an important part of that, and if you’re looking
to expand your share of the antipodean market then the ATA fair is the
perfect place for you to carry out important research.
Toys 'n' Playthings' sister title, LTW, featured a
preview
to the show in its January edition, which gives an invaluable insight
into licensing side of the show. We also take time out to speak to the
show organisers and key licensors who will be exhibiting at the fair,
giving you a ‘who’s who’ to who you should be speaking with if you’re
making the trip.
