Content&Calm hit the road
Content&Calm has unveiled its new TrayKit Traveller Collection at leading motorway service area operator, Roadchef
Dragons’ Den winner, Solvej Biddle and her company Content&Calm has agreed an exclusive sector deal with Roadchef to sell the latest TrayKit Traveller collection at Roadchef motorway service areas across the UK. The deal means that Roadchef will be the only motorway service area operator to offer the all-in-one travel solution.
When Solvej took the TrayKit to Dragons’ Den, it created a bidding war amongst the five dragons and in the following year the business grew rapidly. Expanding worldwide and adding new award-winning products to the range, Solvej was awarded Business Owner of the year in 2011 and TrayKit is now selling one every five minutes.
Roadchef's Lee Donkin and Solvej's two children Andrea Anna, aged eight and James aged six, were on hand to help unveil the unique all-in-one kids' carry-on backpack and play-tray at Watford Gap service area this week.
Lee Donkin, Head of Retail at Roadchef, comments on the partnership: "We’re thrilled to be extending our retail offering with the TrayKit Traveller Collection from Content & Calm and believe that the product will be a big hit with families”.
Simon Turl, Roadchef CEO, continues: “At Roadchef we are constantly looking for ways to offer our customers unique products and experiences, so to be the first and only motorway service operator to offer the TrayKit Traveller Collection is fantastic.”
