Hasbro announce agreement with CBS Consumer Products for new Star Trek range

The deal will see Hasbro manufacture and globally market a plethora of products based on the Star Trek property.

The toy line will support the Star Trek film sequel, which is set to premiere on May 17, 2013.

The Kre-O Star Trek building sets will lead the toy line, along with a line of role-play toys and new figures.

The deal marks the third major entertainment property to be featured in the Kre-O lines from Hasbro, having previously launched Transformers characters and are currently introducing Battleship building sets.
