Argos TV on Freesat in the run up to Christmas
First Sky and Now Freesat - Argos allow more customers to shop from sofa
Argos TV joined Sky in July this year and has now agreed to join Freesat on channel 819.
The shows broadcast live product demonstrations and viewers can very simply purchase merchandise from their sofas - in front of the their tellies!
"With the Christmas shopping rush approaching, we're delighted to offer Freesat customers another great way to pick up deals or find the perfect
gift," says Freesat's head of channels, Mark Briggs.
Darren Frost, the head of Argos TV, says: "We are very excited about the launch of Argos TV shopping channel on Freesat as it gives us the
opportunity to reach substantially more customers with another way to explore and shop the Argos range.
"Viewers will be able to watch the same shows at the same time that they are available elsewhere, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
