Keycraft purchases entire share capital of Wizard Limited from founder Barry Robson

Wizard Limited founders Barry and Lindsay Robson have sold the entire share capital in the company to Keycraft Limited of Peterhead.

Barry established Wizard 43 years ago after a couple of years in toy wholesaling, and has controlled the manufacturing of the staple British-made range of Shrinkles products, which are sold worldwide, ever since.

The couple are looking to retire and discover new adventures and challenges, although it’s business as usual for the time being at Wizard House, as Barry and Lindsay will continue to run the manufacturing.

Barry wishes to thank everybody in the trade at home and abroad for their wonderful support over the many years in helping to make Shrinkles a household name.

“Keep those orders rolling in, because the firm could not be in better hands,” he added. “Keycraft are successful and dynamic company with an international presence and I’m certain will progress and build the brand to everybody’s benefit. On top of that – they could not be nicer people!”
